About Us
The Chance Project’s Pathways Network helps children, families, and seniors experiencing a housing crisis in California’s San Bernardino and Riverside Counties get back on their feet and into permanent, sustainable housing.
With our network of over 30 resource partner agencies, we strive to assist individuals and families in quickly finding safe and comfortable places to live while simultaneously addressing the root causes of their situation so that they can move forward and reach their highest potential.
