The SBC Pathways to Housing Network is a service-provider driven web-based referral system designed to help connect individuals and families that are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness in San Bernardino County with housing, shelter and resource providers that best fit their needs.
The Pathways Network is not an emergency response resource. If you are currently facing an emergency health and/or safety concern, please call 911; or, if you otherwise require immediate attention for your situation, please call 211.
The Pathways to Housing Consumer Request for Referral Assistance is designed to collect basic household profile information along with information related to your current housing challenges in order to help identify potential resources available for your situation for which you might be eligible.
We distribute Consumer Requests for Referral Assistance to target partners among our Network of over four dozen service providers based on your household profile and circumstances. If any of our Network Partners has a service or potential resource currently available to assist with your housing challenge, they will reach out to you directly.
Please note - we cannot guarantee that any of our Network Partners will have a resource to assist with your situation at this time and thus you may not receive any additional response to your request. We encourage you to continue to independently pursue all potential options that might be available to you at this time.
